Confusion To Consolation

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”                 John 14:27  NLT

Having outlined the consequences for those who reject his message (8:19-22 NIV), Isaiah reveals a Light which is about to come.  A light which will dispel their darkness and confusion; and bring rejoicing and jubilation to those who would embrace God’s plan in their lives.
