OUR FAITH PAGE 4 All have sinned and are awaiting the judgment of God. God is not willing that any should be lost. The Bible says both the saved and the lost will be resurrected, the saved unto life eternal and the lost unto eternal damnation. Because of God’s love, everyone may be forgiven and receive the gift of salvation and eternal life by God’s grace, through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:10 (NIV)10As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one; Romans 3:23 (NIV)23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 2 Peter 3:7 (NIV)7By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. 2 Peter 3:9 (NIV)9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. John 3:15-18 (NIV)15that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life. 16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
